Shipping & Delivery Policy

At VISKY, we strive to deliver your premium streetwear gear as fast and safely as possible. We ship to all governorates across Egypt.

1. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is confirmed, delivery depends on your location:

• Alexandria, Cairo, Giza & Delta Governorates: Delivered within 3 business days.
• Near & Outer Governorates (e.g., Canal Cities, Upper Egypt): Delivered within 4 business days.
• Remote & Border Governorates (e.g., Red Sea, South Sinai, Matrouh, Deep South): Delivered within 5 business days.

Note: Business days do not include Fridays and official national holidays.

2. Order Tracking & Confirmation

• After placing your order, our team will process and pack it.
• You will receive a confirmation message or phone call before the courier dispatches your package. Please ensure your provided mobile number is active.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific governorate and delivery address.

4. Delivery & Inspection (Doorstep Policy)

• Check Your Package: For your convenience and peace of mind, you have the right to inspect your items (check the size and quality) while the courier is still at your doorstep.
• Immediate Returns: If the item does not fit or isn't what you expected, you can return it immediately with the courier, and you will only pay the shipping fees.

5. Unreachable Delivery Attempts

• Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 2-3 times. If you are unreachable or do not respond to the courier's calls, the order will automatically be canceled and returned to our warehouse.
• Repeated failed deliveries or unannounced doorstep refusals without paying shipping fees may result in your info being restricted from future Cash on Delivery purchases.
